摘　　要：近年来,伴随人脸识别、机器翻译和机器人等人工智能技术的快速发展,以及ChatGPT等AI大模型技术的开发,人工智能技术正在颠覆性地改变着人们的生活方式和工作方式,并对人们的心理和情绪产生着影响和冲击。为了探索和分析人工智能技术发展对社会大众的心理冲击,通过爬虫技术获取新浪微博中有关“人工智能”的博文及评论文本,并选用Python计算编程来对文本进行处理,将文本转化为情感得分数据,更直观地观察并分析近年来大众对人工智能的情绪态度变化,最终就数据分析发现2021—2023年社会大众对人工智能技术使用的积极态度逐年递减,消极态度和中立态度逐年递增。建议引导社会大众对人工智能技术树立正确认知,颁布相关政策指导人工智能技术的发展和采取措施缓解人工智能发展带来的就业压力。In recent years,with the rapid development of artificial intelligence technologies such as face recognition,machine translation,and robots,as well as development of AI large model technologies such as ChatGPT,artificial intelligence technologies are revolutionizing people's lifestyles and work patterns,and having an impact and shock on people psychology and emotions.In order to explore and analyze the psychological impact of the development of artificial intelligence technology on the general public,we obtained microblogs and comment texts related"artificial intelligence"in Sina Weibo through crawler technology,and used Python computing programming to process the texts,converting the texts into emotional score data,so to more intuitively observe and analyze the changes in the public's emotional attitude towards artificial intelligence in recent years.Finally,the data analysis found that from 2021 to 2023,the positive attitude of the general public towards the use of artificial intelligence technology decreased year by year,while the negative and neutral attitudes year by year.The policy implications of the research conclusion are to guide the general public to establish a correct understanding of artificial intelligence technology,to issue relevant policies to guide development of artificial intelligence technology,and to take measures to alleviate the employment pressure brought by the development of artificial intelligence.
