“内卷”“躺平”语境下青年劳动观的异化与纾解之道

摘　　要：当前,“内卷”“躺平”等叙事话语体系在网络中引发热议,折射出青年群体存在劳动认知薄弱、劳动精神式微、劳动斗志消弭、劳动实践懈怠的时代症候。在现代化进程中,产业变革弱化劳动“存在论”、思潮泛滥消解劳动“价值论”、数字异化重构劳动“自由论”,降低了青年对主流意识形态和劳动崇高价值的认同效度,从而对青年劳动观造成了畸形化、深层次的消极影响。要廓清“内卷”“躺平”符号表征下的青年劳动观的异化本质,有必要从多重维度加强青年劳动观的培育:一是维护劳动公平,关切劳动观培育的现实性;二是厚植劳动价值,彰显劳动观培育的时代性;三是助推劳动解放,提升劳动观培育的实效性。Currently,the discourse system of“involution”and“lying flat”has sparked heated discussions online,reflecting the symptoms of the times among youth groups,including lack of labor awareness,declining work ethic,waning work motivation,and laxity in labor practices.In the process of modernization,industrial transformation has weakened the“ontological aspect”of labor,the proliferation of ideologies has eroded the“value”of labor,and digital alienation has reshaped the“freedom”of labor.These factors have reduced the youth’s recognition of mainstream ideology and the noble value of labor,leading to distorted and deep-seated negative impacts on youth labor outlook.To clarify the essence of alienation in youth labor outlook under the symbolic representation of“involution”and“lying flat”,it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of youth labor outlook from multiple dimensions:1)maintaining labor fairness and addressing the practical aspect of labor outlook cultivation;2)fostering the value of labor and highlighting the contemporaneity of labor outlook cultivation;3)promoting labor liberation and improving the effectiveness of labor outlook cultivation.
