摘 要:随掘地震探测技术已经在煤矿巷道掘进领域成熟应用,为保障隧道领域TBM掘进前方的地质安全,实时、高效、精确地预报TBM前方一定范围内的地质异常,选择中铁隧道局集团滇中引水香炉山隧道开展随掘地震探测工程,构建井地随掘地震实时数据传输网络和监测预报系统,在TBM正常作业的同时,将隧道内采集的随掘地震数据实时传输至洞外监控中心,经过数据筛选、脉冲化和偏移成像等步骤实现巷道掘进前方断层的随掘随探。本次在隧道领域的尝试精准预报了TBM前方的地质异常并成功揭露,标志着该项技术在非煤领域也可成功应用。The accompanying seismic detection technology has been maturely applied in the field of coal mine tunnel excavation.In order to ensure the geological safety of TBM excavation in the tunnel field and predict geological anomalies within a certain range in real time,efficiency,and accuracy,China Railway Tunnel Bureau Group′s Dianzhong Water Diversion Xianglushan Tunnel was selected to carry out the excavation seismic detection project.A real-time data transmission network and monitoring and prediction system for underground excavation seismic data were constructed.While TBM was operating normally,the excavation seismic data collected in the tunnel was transmitted in real time to the external monitoring center.After data screening,pulse processing,and displacement imaging,the exploration of faults in front of the tunnel excavation was achieved.This attempt in the tunnel field accurately predicted the geological anomalies in front of TBM and successfully exposed them,indicating that this technology can also be successfully applied in non coal fields.
