综掘机操作站模块通信的故障诊断

摘　　要：针对综掘机操作站,对使用过程中出现故障的操作站模块,从芯片手册到示波器检测,进行了详细的分析,对分析的问题进行了改进。改进后的操作站模块在多个煤矿进行设计应用,得到了有效的验证。Aiming at the comprehensive excavator operation station,a detailed analysis was made on the problematic operation station module returned from the mine,from the chip manual to the oscilloscope detection,and the problems analyzed were improved.The improved operation station module was designed and applied in several coal mines,and was effectively verified.
