摘  要:选取洗油和对二甲苯(PX)分别与神华煤液化沥青混合体作为研究对象,考察了温度对10%、15%和25%三种液化沥青浓度体系黏度的影响规律,开展了25%浓度的洗油-液化沥青体系和对二甲苯-液化沥青体系的黏温特性研究。结果表明,洗油和PX均为牛顿型流体,洗油呈现出高黏温特性,PX黏度受温度影响不大。液化沥青与溶剂混合体随温度升高黏度降低,2种体系由假塑型流体逐步向牛顿型流体转变,其中PX-液化沥青体系更为接近牛顿型流体,60℃是两体系由假塑性流体向牛顿流体转变的温度点。研究成果可指导煤液化沥青脱灰精制工艺输送设备的选型与长周期稳定运转。The influence of temperature on the viscosity and rheological characteristics of the 10%,15%,and 25%different concentration mixtures composed of solvents(wash oil and p-xylene)and pitch from Shenhua coal liquefaction were investigated.The viscosity temperature characteristics of 2 kinds of 25%concentration systems of wash oil-pitch from coal liquefaction and the PX-pitch from coal liquefaction were analyzed.The results show that both wash oil and PX are Newtonian fluids.Wash oil exhibits high viscosity temperature characteristics.PX viscosity is not significantly affected by temperature.The viscosity of the mixed system decreases with the temperature increasing.The two systems are in transition from a pseudoplastic fluid to a Newtonian fluid gradually.The system of mixture composed of PX and pitch from coal liquefaction is closer to a Newtonian fluid.60℃is the temperature point at which the two systems are in the transition from pseudoplastic fluid to Newtonian fluid.The results can provide guidance for the transportation equipment selection and long-term stable operation of removal process technology of ash in pitch from Shenhua coal Liquefaction.
