摘　　要：随着人们现代生活习惯、饮食方式及社会压力的改变,高血压患者呈年轻化趋势。高血压不仅影响青少年的身心健康,还增加其成年后心血管疾病的发生风险,及早准确诊断青少年高血压患者并给予有效的、针对性预防措施对改善患者预后具有重要的临床意义。本文对青少年高血压及其测量方法、早期干预措施进行综述,以期为青少年高血压的筛查与管理提供参考。With the changes of people's modern living habits,eating patterns and social pressures,patients with hypertension show a trend of younger.Hypertension not only affects the physical and mental health of adolescents,but also increases the risk of cardiovascular disease in adulthood,early and accurate diagnosis of adolescent hypertensive patients and giving effective and targeted preventive measures have important clinical significance to improve the prognosis of patients.This paper reviews the adolescent hypertension,its measurement and early intervention methods,in order to provides reference for the screening and management of adolescent hypertension.
