超声治疗仪器械结合手工器械龈下刮治对慢性牙周炎的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声治疗仪器械结合手工器械龈下刮治对慢性牙周炎的治疗疗效。方法:选择2023年9月~2024年1月慢性牙周炎患者82例,以随机数生成器随机分组,各41例。对照组以人工手工器械龈下刮治治疗,观察组综合使用超声治疗仪器械、手工器械实施龈下刮治治疗。比较两组治疗疗效、牙周指标、并发症、疼痛变化、口腔健康影响程度量表(OHIP-14)。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为100.00%(41/41),相较对照组有显著的提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组BI、PD、GI等对比无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组BI、PD、GI等均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为4.88%(2/41),相较对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗前两组患者疼痛评分对比无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组疼痛程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组OHIP-14量表对比无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组OHIP-14量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超声治疗仪器械结合手工器械龈下刮治在慢性牙周炎的治疗中取得令人满意的效果,具有改善牙周指标,降低并发症和疼痛程度等作用。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of ultrasound therapy combined with manual subgingival scraping on chronic periodontitis.Methods:The study included 82 patients with chronic periodontitis,from September 2023 to January 2024.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number generator,with 41 patients in each group.The control group received subgingival scraping treatment with manual instruments,while the observation group received comprehensive use of ultrasound treatment instruments and manual instruments for subgingival scraping treatment.Compare the treatment efficacy,periodontal indicators,complications,pain changes,and oral health impact scale(OHIP-14)between two groups.The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%(41/41),which was significantly improved compared to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of BI,PD,GI,etc.between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the BI,PD,and GI of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.88%(2/41),with no significant difference compared to the control group(P>0.05).Comparison of pain scores between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the pain severity score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of OHIP-14 scales between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the OHIP-14 scale score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of ultrasound therapy instruments and manual subgingival scraping has achieved satisfactory results in the treatment of chronic periodontitis,improving periodontal indicators,reducing complications and pain levels.
