比较胃镜治疗与内科治疗对消化性溃疡出血患者的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨胃镜及内科治疗对消化性溃疡出血的影响。方法:收集2022年10月~2023年9月在本院治疗的消化性胃溃疡出血患者的资料100例,按照电脑随机分组的方式分为对照组和研究组,各50例。对照组采用单纯内科治疗的方式,研究组采取胃镜联合内科保守治疗的方式,对比两组的疗效。结果:研究结果显示,无论是在治疗效果、临床表现、VAS评分、血红蛋白的变化、还是患者的生存质量上,研究组的数据更优(P均<0.05)。结论:胃镜治疗在治疗消化性胃溃疡上治疗效果显著,有效地改善患者的生活质量和疗效。Objective:To analyze the curative effect of gastroscopy and medical treatment on patients with peptic ulcer bleeding.Methods:The data of 100 patients with peptic ulcer bleeding who were treated in our hospital from October 2022 to September 2023 were collected and randomly divided into control group and study group according to computer,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with simple medical treatment,while the study group was treated with gastroscope combined with conservative medical treatment,and the curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The results showed that the data of the study group were better in terms of treatment effect,clinical manifestations,VAS score,changes of hemoglobin and quality of life of patients(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Gastroscope treatment is effective in the treatment of peptic ulcer,which improves the quality of life of patients and enhances the therapeutic effect.
