摘 要:“轻武器操作”课程作为士官院校教学大纲的主干课程、人才培养方案的军事基础必修课程和军委毕业学员联合考核课目,在课程体系中具有重要的地位和作用。为提高“轻武器操作”课程教学效果,剖析了“问题中心”教学模式的基本内涵及其意义,分析了应用流程及注意事项。实践效果证明,“问题中心”教学模式能有效激发学员的学习兴趣、增强学员的问题意识和培养学员的学习能力,夯实军事战斗技能,提升岗位任职能力。As the main course of Non-Commissioned Officer School syllabus,the required course of military basics of personnel training programs and the graduate joint examination subject of military commission,the Operation of Light Weapon Course plays an essential role in curriculum system.In order to strengthen the teaching effect of Light Weapon Operation Course of non-commissioned officer,this article not only dissects the basic concept and meaning of“problem-centered”teaching model but also analyses the application process and matters for attention.The practice effect proves that this model is able to stimulate the students’learning interests,raise the students’problem-centered awareness and establish students’capacity of study.Finally,the students will master the combat skills and improve their own career ability.
