摘　　要：生物与医药专业主要面向生物技术、医药、食品等行业培养专业技术人才。针对行业需求与高校人才培养模式不匹配的现状,优化生物与医药专业人才培养模式是满足学科发展与企业需要的主要途径。湖北大学在综合分析生物与医药专业学位特点的基础上,从培养模式、课程设置、师资队伍建设、质量监督和科学研究这五个方面对生物与医药研究生实践型培养模式进行了探索,为全面提升生物与医药专业研究生的综合素养和能力提供了保障。The Biology and Medicine major primarily aims to train professional technical talents for different industries,such as biotechnology,pharmaceuticals,and food.According to the status about the mismatch between industry demands and the talent cultivation models of university,optimizing the training model for the talent of the Biology and Medicine major is a key approach to meeting disciplinary development and enterprise demands.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of the Biology and Medicine major,Hubei University has explored a practice-oriented training model for graduate students from five aspects,including training mode,curriculum design,teaching staff development,quality supervision,and scientific research.In summary,this exploration provides a security for the comprehensive improvement in the overall quality and abilities of graduate students from Biology and Medicine.
