“一体化、三层次”培养创新人才模式的探讨——以化学实验教学体系为例

摘　　要：高等院校已构建起一个以化学一级学科为基础的“一体化、三层次”化学实验教学新体系,包括基础性实验、专业性实验以及融合创新理念的综合实验三大层次,旨在系统地提升学生的实验技能与科研素养。通过创新性地实施多层次、多途径、多模式的开放实验教学策略,不仅加强了学生的基础实验操作能力,还显著激发了他们的实践兴趣和动手热情,有效地培养了学生独立分析问题与解决问题的能力,取得了实践育人的显著成果,为新时代高等教育的创新人才培养探索积累了宝贵的经验。Colleges and universities have established a new“integrated and three-level”chemistry experimental teaching system based on the first-level chemistry discipline.The system includes three levels:basic experiment,professional experiment and comprehensive experiment integrating innovative ideas,aiming to systematically improve students’experimental skills and scientific research ability.Through the innovative implementation of multi-level,multi-channel and multi-mode open experimental teaching strategy,it not only strengthens students’basic experimental operation ability,but also significantly stimulates their practical interest and enthusiasm,effectively cultivates students’independent analysis and problem-solving ability,and achieves remarkable results in practical education,which provides valuable experience for the innovative talent training of higher education in the new era.
