超营养硒在现代农业提质增效中的研究进展

摘　　要：硒是生物体内一种重要的微量元素,具有抗氧化、免疫调节、拮抗重金属等多种作用.缺硒或硒过量都会抑制动植物的生长繁殖,导致严重的动植物疾病,造成农业经济的巨大损失.此外,硒从缺乏到中毒的剂量范围较窄,不合理的用硒很容易导致动植物出现硒缺乏或硒中毒.基于此,对动植物进行超营养补硒有利于防止缺硒和硒过量问题的出现,同时在推动现代农业提质增效中展现出很大的应用潜力.本文主要综述超营养硒在畜禽养殖、水产养殖和作物种植中的研究报道,讨论超营养硒在实际应用中的关键控制点与潜在风险,为超营养硒在今后更广泛的应用提供思路和依据.Selenium is an important trace element in the body,which has many functions such as anti-oxidation,immune regulation,and antagonism of heavy metals.Selenium deficiency or excess can inhibit the growth and reproduction of plants and animals,cause serious animal and plant diseases,and result in huge losses of agricultural economy.In addition,the dosage range of selenium from deficiency to poisoning is narrow.Unreasonable use of selenium can easily lead to selenium deficiency or selenosis in animals and plants.Based on this,supranutritional selenium supplementation for animals and plants is conducive to preventing selenium deficiency and excess,and has shown great application potential in promoting the quality and efficiency of modern agriculture at the same time.In this review,we summarize the research reports of supranutritional selenium in livestock and poultry breeding,aquaculture and crop cultivation,discuss the key control points and potential risks in the practical application of supranutritional selenium,and provide ideas and basis for its wider application in the future.
