摘 要:为促进水资源合理利用、水生态环境保护与经济社会可持续发展,选取2011—2022年我国沪深两市A股高耗水行业上市公司为样本,构建双重差分模型分实证检验水生态文明城市建设试点政策对高耗水企业新质生产力的影响。结果表明,水生态文明城市建设试点政策能够促进高耗水企业新质生产力提升,绿色技术创新是该试点政策影响企业新质生产力的重要作用机制。异质性分析表明,水生态文明城市建设试点政策对高耗水企业新质生产力的提升效应在中西部地区、低经济发展水平地区和国有企业中更为显著。In order to facilitate the rational utilization of water resources,safeguard the water ecological environment,and drive the sustainable development of the economy and society,this paper selects samples from A-share listed companies in China’s high water-consuming industry located in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2011 to 2022 and develops a double-difference model to empirically assess the effect of the pilot construction policy on the new quality productive forces of high water-consuming enterprises.The findings indicate that constructing a water ecological civilization city can enhance the new quality productive forces of high water-consuming enterprises,with green technology innovation as a crucial factor influencing this productivity improvement.The heterogeneity analysis indicates that the impact of the pilot construction of a water ecological civilization city on the new quality productive forces of highwater-consuming enterprises is more significant in the central and western regions,low economic development areas,and state-owned enterprises.
