摘　　要：通过梳理不同执业场景和医生自我需求对全科医生继续职业发展的影响, 提出对全科医生继续职业发展的思考:全科医生继续职业发展既需要加强与毕业后教育阶段的有机衔接, 也需要政府、行业组织、单位等多方各司其职、相互协作, 搭建完善的全科继续教育项目平台, 单位要做好愿景管理和平台建设, 协助全科医生制订个性化发展路径, 充分激发全科医生的内驱力。In order to meet a variety of practice needs and the demands of general practitioners(GPs)themselves,the continuous professional development(CPD)is indispensable,which should be connected with the post-graduation education.To build a effective platform of CPD for GPs,it need the joint efforts of government,academic societies,institutions and other relevant parties,particularly the institutions should do a good job in vision management and platform construction,to assist GPs to formulate personalized development paths,and to fully inspire their self-motivation.
