摘　　要：文章通过深度剖析美国史上第一个国家层面的数字职业发展战略——《国家网络劳动力与教育战略:释放美国的网络人才潜能》的出台背景、规划内容与实施路径,结合我国数字职业发展实际,提出可从前瞻性制定数字职业发展规划、标准化夯实数字职业发展基础、生态化协同推进数字职业发展进程、可视化呈现数字职业供需状况、多元化引领数字职业发展实践等方面,推进我国数字职业人才的培养与发展。The article deeply analyzes the background,strategic planning,and implementation pathways of the National Cyber Workforce and Education Strategy:Unleashing America’s Cyber Talent,which is the first national-level digital career development strategy in American history.Drawing on the current landscape of digital career development in China,the article proposes several key initiatives:proactively designing forward-looking digital career development plans,solidifying the foundation through standardization,promoting coordinated,ecosystem-driven advancement of digital career development,visualizing the supply-demand dynamics of the digital workforce,and diversifying leadership approaches in digital careers development practices—all aimed at enhancing the cultivation and advancement of China’s digital talent pool.
