涉农高校思政课培养新农科人才核心素养的探索

摘　　要：当思政课教育聚焦在高校农业教育背景下,思政课如何更有效地塑造具备创新思维、实践能力和高度社会责任感的新农科人才是目前涉农高校的目标。文章深入剖析了新农科人才核心素养的内涵,并结合相关理论,探讨了思政课教学在涉农高校教学程中扮演的关键角色。通过教学案例展示和教学策略剖析,提出了相应的创新性的教学改革措施,如教学中融入农业实践、倡导问题导向学习、实行翻转课堂等,以提升高校思政课在培养新农科人才核心素养上的效率。With ideological and political education focusing on agricultural education in colleges and universities,the current goal of agricultural-related universities is to figure out how ideological and political courses can more effectively mold new-era agricultural talents who possess innovative thinking,practical capabilities,and a strong sense of social responsibility.This paper deeply analyzes the connotation of the core quality of new agricultural talents.Combining relevant theories,it discusses the key role of ideological and political teaching in the teaching process of universities.Through teaching case presentation and teaching strategy analysis,corresponding innovative teaching reform measures are proposed,such as integrating agricultural practice into teaching,advocating problem-oriented learning,and implementing flipped classrooms,etc.,in order to improve the efficiency of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities in improving the core quality of new agricultural talents.
