基于TBL背景下ERP实训的企业管理课程与创业教育探讨

摘　　要：结合TBL背景分析ERP实训的企业管理课程与创业教育工作的具体开展方式,以此为教育工作的实施找到全新的开展形式,提高教育工作的整体质量。研究过程中,采用文献分析的方法,结合课堂教学的具体情况展开分析,得到结果TBL背景下所开展的ERP实训企业管理课程与创业教育能够激发学生学习的积极性,对于课堂教学质量提高有着积极的促进作用。在TBL背景下改善教学现状,提高学生学习效果。This study analyzes the specific implementation methods of simulation enterprise management courses and entrepreneurial education of Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP)training in the context of TBL.The aim is to find a new way of implementing educational work and improve the overall quality of education.During the research process,the method of literature analysis was employed,and the specific situation of classroom teaching was analyzed.The results indicate that the ERP training and entrepreneurial education conducted in the context of TBL can stimulate students'learning motivation and positively promote the improvement of classroom teaching.The study suggests that improving the current teaching situation under the TBL framework can enhance students'learning outcomes.
