急性脑梗塞合并心肌缺血患者采用脑心通胶囊联合西药治疗的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨对于急性脑梗塞合并心肌缺血患者,实施脑心通胶囊联合西药的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2022年8月至2024年8月于肥城市中医医院就诊的80例急性脑梗塞合并心肌缺血患者的临床资料。根据治疗方案分为观察组(脑心通胶囊联合西药治疗,40例)和对照组(西药治疗,40例)。比较两组患者的神经功能损伤程度、Q-T离散度、治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者神经功能损伤程度(NFD评分和NIHSS评分)、Q-T离散度相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者NFD评分、NIHSS评分、Q-T离散度均明显降低(P<0.001),且与对照组患者相比,观察组患者NFD评分、NIHSS评分、Q-T离散度下降更明显(P<0.001)。观察组治疗总有效率较对照组更高(P<0.05)。比较两组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于急性脑梗塞合并心肌缺血患者,脑心通胶囊联合西药的治疗方案可有效降低神经功能的损伤程度,降低Q-T离散度,临床疗效明显,安全性较高。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Brain-Heart Communication Capsules in combination with Western medicine on patients with acute cerebral infarction and myocardial ischemia.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 80 patients diagnosed with acute cerebral infarction and myocardial ischemia who were treated at Feicheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2022 to August 2024.Patients were divided into an observation group(40 patients receiving Brain-Heart Communication Capsules combined with Western medicine)and a control group(40 patients receiving only Western medicine).The degree of neurological impairment,Q-T dispersion,treatment efficacy,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Prior to treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of neurological impairment(as measured by NFD and NIHSS scores)and Q-T dispersion between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups exhibited significant reductions in NFD scores,NIHSS scores,and Q-T dispersion(P<0.001),with the observation group showing a more pronounced improvement in these parameters compared to the control group(P<0.001).The overall clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).No statistically significant differences were found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment regimen of Brain-Heart Communication Capsules combined with Western medicine is effective in reducing the degree of neurological impairment and Q-T dispersion in patients with acute cerebral infarction and myocardial ischemia,demonstrating significant clinical efficacy and a high safety profile.
