数字领导力与企业可持续竞争优势——一个有调节的中介模型

摘　　要：数字经济时代,数字领导力是企业创造可持续竞争优势的一个重要因素,如何帮助有效实现数字化转型成为企业关注的焦点。以黄河流域区域内的企业为样本,探讨分析了数字领导力与企业创造可持续竞争优势的关系,以及数字化转型和动态能力在两者之间的作用。结果发现:数字领导力对企业创造可持续竞争优势有积极正向影响;数字化转型在两者之间起到中介作用;动态能力不仅正向调节数字领导力与数字化转型之间的关系,还正向调节数字化转型与企业可持续竞争优势之间的关系。研究揭示了数字领导力与企业可持续竞争优势之间的影响机制,不仅丰富了数字创新理论和动态能力理论,也为企业通过数字化转型打造可持续竞争优势提供支持和参考。In the era of the digital economy,digital leadership(DL)is a crucial factor for enterprises to create sustainable competitive advantages(SCA).How to effectively facilitate digital transformation(DT)has become the focus of attention for enterprises.Taking the enterprises within the Yellow River Basin region as samples,this study explores and analyzes the relationship between DL and enterprises’SCA,as well as the roles of DT and DC in this relationship.The results show that DL has a positive impact on enterprises’SCA,and DT plays a mediating role in this relationship.DC not only positively moderate the relationship between DL and DT,but also positively moderate the relationship between DT and enterprises’SCA.These results reveal the influence mechanism between DL and enterprises’SCA.They not only enrich the digital innovation theory and the theory of dynamic capability,but also provide support and reference for enterprises to build sustainable competitive advantages through digital transformation.
