中小企业与科研机构在数字化转型中的演化博弈研究

摘　　要：数字化转型是提高中小企业核心竞争力的关键途径,亦是数字经济背景下国民经济发展的重要支撑。中小企业转型过程中面临诸多困难和挑战,需要借助外部力量,因此将中小企业和科研机构纳入同一框架,并构建技术合作下数字化转型的演化博弈模型,在有限理性条件下对中小企业与科研机构技术合作创新策略及单方主体策略选择进行分析,并利用Matlab软件对两方参与主体行为的动态演化过程进行仿真分析。结果表明:政府补贴和共同收益能够分担中小企业数字化转型合作过程中的风险和成本,均对中小企业的数字化转型具有激励作用,但要达到一定数值才会发挥正向作用;当政府补贴数额低于中小企业单方选择合作时付出的额外成本,随时间推移会弱化中小企业的合作意愿;共同收益更符合两方主体追逐利益的诉求,相较于政府补贴更有助于推动两方主体合作;这两项影响因素始终对科研机构数字化技术合作有正向影响。基于此,对合作模型的构架提出相关建议。Digital transformation is the key way to improve the core competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises,and it is also an important support for the development of national economy under the background of digital economy.In the process of the transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises,they also face many difficulties and challenges,and need to make use of external forces,under the condition of bounded rationality,this paper analyzes the innovation strategy and the choice of one-party subject strategy of technological cooperation between small and medium-sized enterprises and scientific research institutions,and simulates and analyzes the dynamic evolution process of the two parties’participation subject behavior by using MATLAB software.The research shows that government subsidies and co-benefits can share the risks and costs in the process of SME’s digital transformation cooperation,and both of them can stimulate smes’digital transformation,however,the positive effect can only be achieved when the amount of government subsidy is lower than the extra cost of smes when they choose to cooperate unilaterally,which will weaken their willingness to cooperate over time;The co-benefits are more suitable for the pursuit of interests of the two parties,and are more helpful to promote the cooperation of the two parties than government subsidies.Finally,some suggestions on the framework of the cooperation model are put forward.
