摘　　要：随着乡村全面振兴的纵深推进,加快数字乡村建设对推进中国式农业农村现代化有着重要作用。基于全国28个数字乡村治理典型案例,采用扎根理论方法,探索数字乡村治理共同体的构成要素与生成机制。结果发现:主体、情感、场域、责任是数字乡村治理共同体的核心构成要素,同时,价值认同、技术驱动、利益聚合与激励约束机制是数字乡村治理共同体稳定运行的保障,进而构成一个以数字乡村治理共同体为核心的“纽带—核心—结构—制度”逻辑框架,共同促进数字乡村治理共同体的稳定运行与高效发展,能够有效强化治理主体的参与性,重塑乡土社会的公共性,提升乡村治理水平。With the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas being further promoted,accelerating the construction of digital rural areas plays an important role in promoting China's agricultural and rural modernization.Based on 28 typical case studies of digital rural governance across the country,the grounded theory method was used to explore the constituent elements and generation mechanism of the digital rural governance community.The results show that the core constituent elements of the digital rural governance community are the subject,emotions,field,and responsibility.At the same time,value identification,technology drive,interest aggregation,and incentive and constraint mechanisms are the guarantee for the stable operation of the digital rural governance community,thereby forming a logical framework of“bond-core-structure-system”for a digital rural governance community,which jointly promote the stable operation and efficient development of the digital rural governance community,effectively strengthen the participation of governance subjects,reshape the publicness of rural society,and improve rural governance levels.
