摘　　要：种植修复作为目前牙列缺损和缺失的治疗方式之一,在临床得到了广泛应用。而在种植修复完成后,一些并发症也严重困扰患者的日常生活,如较为常见的种植义齿与天然牙间邻接触丧失,这种现象容易引起种植体周围炎、牙周炎,增加食物嵌塞概率等病症。对此种术后现象目前的治疗方法相对局限,同时对发病病因的研究也较为缺乏。本文针对种植义齿与天然牙邻接触丧失问题,综合分析其发生原因、治疗现状,并对后期预防及处理提出可行性建议。As one of the current treatment options for defect of dentition,implant restoration has been widely used in clinical practice.However,some complications have also seriously affected patient'quality of life after implant restoration,such as loss of proximal contact between implant prostheses and natural teeth,which can easily lead to implant peri-endodontitis,increase the probability of food impaction,and periodontitis.The current treatment methods for this postoperative phenomenon are relatively limited,and research on the etiology of the disease is also lacking.Therefore,this paper analyzed and discussed the problem of loss of adjacent contact between implant prostheses and natural teeth,comprehensively analyzed the causes of this disease,and summarized the current research status of clinical treatment methods.It also provided feasible suggestions for prevention and treatment in the later stage.
