摘　　要：随着数字经济的发展,企业数字化转型已经成为学界关注的焦点。党的二十大及二十届三中全会都强调要加快企业数字化转型,推动研发、生产、经营、销售等业务全面升级,利用AI、大数据等先进技术引领生产方式、生活方式和社会治理变革。本文以高新技术企业为例,研究数字化对高新技术企业的创新绩效的影响,并验证了吸收能力的中介作用。结果发现,数字化转型对企业创新绩效有正向影响;吸收能力对企业创新绩效有正向影响;数字化转型对吸收能力有正向影响;吸收能力在数字化转型与企业创新绩效之间存在着中介作用。本文揭示了数字化转型对高新技术企业的创新机理,从而提升企业的核心竞争力。With the development of digital economy,enterprise digital transformation has become the focus of academic at⁃tention.The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)and the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)emphasized the need to accelerate the digital transformation of enterprises,pro⁃mote the comprehensive upgrading of R&D,production,operation,sales and other businesses,and use technologies such as AI and big data to lead the transformation of production methods,lifestyles and social governance.The study Taking high-tech enter⁃prises as an example,this study uses structural equation model to study the impact of digitalization on the innovation performance of high-tech enterprises,and verifies the mediating role of absorption capacity.The results show that digital transformation has a posi⁃tive impact on enterprise innovation performance.Absorption capacity has a positive impact on the innovation performance of enter⁃prises.Digital transformation has a positive impact on absorptive capacity.Absorptive capacity plays a mediating role between digital transformation and enterprise innovation performance.This paper reveals the innovation mechanism of digital transformation to hightech enterprises,so as to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
