摘　　要：党的自我革命的根基在基层,其基层动力是全党长效推进自我革命的关键,但动力本身并非天然存在,而是由政治信仰、责任意识、发展压力、利益考量等“内驱型”“外驱型”及“内外合驱型”等不同属性的动力交织互动而形成。这是一个复杂而独特的生成逻辑和实现机制,涉及动力主体的构成状况、利益权衡、关系协调等诸多关键要素。当前,党的自我革命基层动力的实践推进,仍存在总体动力的“羸弱”或“畸强”、主体理性的“狭隘”或“偏激”、互动关系的“博弈”或“敷衍”等现实问题。这需要通过系统有效地激发主体激情、培育参与能力、营造可控外压、树立平衡意识等多元路径,形成各动力主体的均衡协调和良性互动,从而进一步促成推动基层党的自我革命的强大合力。The foundation of the Party's self revolution lies at the grassroots level,and its grassroots driving force is the fundamental support for the Party's long-term promotion of self revolution.The power itself is not a natural existence,but formed by the interweaving and interaction of different attributes of power sources such as political beliefs,sense of responsibility,development pressure,and interest considerations,such as"internal drive","external drive",and"internal and external coordinated drive".This is a complex and unique generation logic and implementation mechanism,involving many key elements such as the composition of the driving force,interest balance,and relationship coordination.At present,there are still practical problems in the promotion of the Party's self revolutionary grassroots driving force,such as the overall driving force being"weak"or"abnormally strong",the subjective rationality being"narrow"or"extreme",and the interactive relationship being"game"or"perfunctory".This requires multiple paths such as effectively stimulating subject passion,cultivating participation ability,creating controllable external pressure,and establishing a sense of balance through the system,to form a balanced coordination and positive interaction among various driving forces,thereby further promoting the strong joint force of grassroots party self revolution.
