摘　　要：生态文明是继原始文明、农业文明、工业文明之后的新型文明形态,是人类社会进步的重要成果。习近平生态文明思想正是在生态文明时代,站在人类文明进步新高度形成的科学理论,它深刻揭示了自然法则与人类社会发展规律,并作为生态文明理论创新与实践建设的指导思想和行为准则。其体现了辩证眼光、人民情怀、底线思维、战略属性、历史意识的高度统一,是21世纪马克思主义在生态领域的最新成果,是对中华优秀传统文化的传承创新,对传统治理观的扬弃超越。在迈向第二个百年奋斗目标、开启全面建设社会主义现代化国家的新征程上,必须以习近平生态文明思想为科学指导,持续发展我国生态经济,发挥生态的政治功能,建设高水平生态文化价值体系,构建全面的生态普惠社会,共谋全球生态共同体建设。Ecological civilization is a new form of civilization after primitive civilization,agricultural civilization and industrial civilization.It is an achievement of human social progress.It embodies high unity of dialectical vision,people's feelings,bottom line thinking,strategic attributes and historical consciousness.It is the latest achievements of Marxism in the ecological field in the 21st century,the inheritance and innovation of Chinese excellent culture,the sublation and transcendence of traditional governance concept.In the new journey,it is needed to uphold the guidance of Xi Jinping thought on ecological civilization,to develop the ecological economy,to give full play to the political role of ecology,to build high level value system of ecological culture,to construct an inclusive ecological society,so as to collaborate a global ecological community.
