摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记围绕新一代人工智能的发展和应用,提出了有关风险研判、人才供给及其在社会治理中深度应用等一系列重要论述。习近平总书记关于人工智能的重要论述是对马克思主义科技思想的继承和发展,是对中外人工智能发展经验的吸收和借鉴,是对国内外人工智能发展形势的回应与研判。这一重要论述包括增强人民群众福祉、加快产业转化升级、创新社会治理模式、科学把握机遇挑战等核心内涵,不仅为中国人工智能的发展指明了方向,也为人工智能在全球范围内的发展与治理贡献了中国力量和中国智慧。在具体的发展实践中,必须要坚持党的领导,做好顶层设计,加强风险防控,完善人才供给,强化核心技术,以此来进一步推动我国人工智能的高质量发展。Since the 18th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward a series of important expositions concerning the development and application of new-generation artificial intelligence,covering risk assessment,talent supply,social governance and other aspects.Xi Jinping's important expositions on artificial intelligence represent an inheritance and development of Marxist scientific and technological thought,an absorption and reference of artificial intelligence development experiences at home and abroad,and a response and assessment of domestic and international technological development situations.These expositions encompass enhancing people's well-being,accelerating industrial transformation and upgrading,innovating social governance models,scientifically grasping opportunities and challenges and other dimensions.They not only point out the direction for the development of artificial intelligence in China,but also contribute Chinese strength and wisdom to the global development and governance of artificial intelligence.In specific development practices,it is necessary to adhere to the leadership of the Party,carry out top-level design,strengthen risk prevention and control,improve talent supply,enhance core technologies and other practical strategies to further the high-quality development of artificial intelligence in China.
