老年患者家庭照顾者与护士合作现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解老年患者家庭照顾者与护士合作的现状并探讨其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2022年8月—2023年8月在武汉市和贵阳市3所三级甲等医院住院的705名老年患者的家庭照顾者作为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、家庭照顾者与护士合作量表(family caregiver-nurse collaboration scale,FCNCS)进行调查。结果老年患者家庭照顾者与护士合作总得分为(148.40±14.10)分,合作条件维度得分(4.00±0.41)分最高,合作结果维度得分(3.73±0.45)分最低。多元线性回归分析结果显示:所照顾老年患者年龄、家庭照顾者(年龄、文化程度、照顾经验)、医院环境及护理服务态度是与护士合作的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论老年患者家庭照顾者与护士合作呈中等水平,护士应根据其影响因素制定针对性的干预措施,以提高家庭照顾者的合作水平。Objective To understand the current status of collaboration between family caregivers and nurses of elderly patients and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of family caregivers of 705 elderly patients in 3 tertiary hospitals in Wuhan city and Guiyang city were selected as research subjects from August 2022 to August 2023 by using convenience sampling methods,and the general information questionnaire and family caregiver-nurse collaboration scale(FCNCS)were used to survey.Results The total score of collaboration between family caregivers and nurses of elderly patients was(148.40±14.10)points,with the highest score(4.00±0.41)points in the dimension of collaboration conditions and the lowest score(3.73±0.45)points in the collaboration outcome dimensions.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age of elderly patients being cared for,family caregivers(age,educational level,and the caregiving experience),hospital environment,and attitudes toward nursing services were the influencing factors of collaboration with nurses.Conclusion Family caregivers of elderly patients have a moderate level of collaboration with nurses,and nurses should develop targeted interventions based on their influencing factors to improve the level of collaboration of family caregivers.
