摘　　要：目的构建基于柯式模型的临终护理教育联盟(end-of-life nursing education consortium,ELNEC)安宁疗护师资培训质量评价指标体系。方法于2023年6—10月,以柯式模型为依据,结合文献研究法初步拟订条目池,遴选来自湖北、广东等地区的15名专家进行专家函询,确定ELNEC安宁疗护师资培训质量评价体系及指标权重。结果共进行3轮专家函询,3轮函询的应答率均为100%,专家的判断系数分别为0.92、0.92、0.95,熟悉程度分别为0.78、0.80、0.88,权威系数分别为0.85、0.86、0.92。第3轮函询中一、二、三级指标的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.419、0.266、0.125(P<0.05)。最终构建的评价体系包含4个一级指标、14个二级指标及34个三级指标。结论本研究函询专家的积极性、权威性、意见集中程度较高,基于柯式模型构建的ELNEC安宁疗护师资培训质量评价指标体系科学合理,可为安宁疗护师资培训、考核、管理提供参考依据。Objective To construct a training quality evaluation index system for hospice nursing faculty in the End-of-Life Nursing Education Consortium(ELNEC)based on Kirkpatrick model.Methods From June to October 2023,a preliminary pool of entries was formulated based on the Kirkpatrick model,combined with the literature research method,and 15 experts from Hubei,Guangdong,and other regions were selected for expert correspondence to determine the quality evaluation system and indicator weights for ELNEC hospice faculty training.Results A total of 3 expert correspondence rounds were undertaken,and the response rates for all 3 rounds correspondence were 100%,and the experts'judgment coefficients were 0.92,0.92,and 0.95,their familiarity levels were 0.78,0.80,and 0.88,and their authority coefficients were 0.85,0.86,and 0.92,respectively.Kendall's W coefficients of concordance for the first,second,and third level indicators in the third round of correspondence were 0.419,0.266,and 0.125,respectively(P<0.05).Finalized evaluation system with 4 first-level,14 second-level,and 34 third-level indicators.Conclusion The enthusiasm,authority,and concentration of opinions of the correspondence experts in this study are high,and the evaluation index system of ELNEC hospice faculty training quality constructed on the basis of the Kirkpatrick model is scientific and reasonable,which can provide a reference basis for hospice faculty training,assessment,and management.
