摘  要:总结2023年9月我科收治的1例重症急性间歇性卟啉病(acute intermittent porphyria,AIP)患者营养支持的护理经验。护理要点主要包括组建多学科合作团队,开展针对性的营养筛查及评估,构建个性化营养支持方案,监测喂养耐受性,维持血糖、水、电解质平衡,加强家庭营养指导,经过30 d的积极治疗与精心护理,患者病情好转并顺利出院。90 d后电话随访,患者恢复状况良好。To summarize the nursing experience of nutritional support for a case of severe acute intermittent porphyria(AIP)disease admitted to our department in September 2023.The key nursing points mainly included setting up a multidisciplinary cooperative team,carrying out targeted nutritional screening and assessment,building personalized nutrition support programs,monitoring feeding tolerance,maintaining blood sugar,water,and electrolyte balance,and strengthening family nutrition guidance.After 30 days of active treatment and careful nursing,the patient's condition improved and was discharged successfully.Ninety days after the telephone follow-up,the condition of the patient recovery was good.
