轻资产运营模式下S企业财务风险管理效果研究

摘　　要：随着轻资产运营模式的兴起,企业在运营过程中面临的财务风险逐渐受到关注。S企业作为典型的轻资产企业,通过数字化平台和创新模式实现了快速增长,但也暴露出财务风险管理存在的问题。文章从财务风险管理的角度,分析了S企业在轻资产运营模式下的风险识别、评估及应对策略,探讨了如何通过优化财务管理体系和风险控制措施来提高企业的抗风险能力。研究结果表明,强化财务监控、优化资金运用和建立风险预警机制是降低财务风险的有效途径。Equity incentive is a long-term incentive measure implemented with company equity as the subject matter.But the effectiveness of implementation is unknown.This article takes Longda Food Co.,Ltd.as an example and selects the financial data from 2014 to 2022,and constructs a financial performance evaluation model based on entropy weight TOPSIS,to evaluate the changes in Longda Food’s financial performance before and after two equity incentives.The results show that equity incentives have a positive relationship with the growth of corporate finance.
