混凝土泵车CFRP末节臂架截面形状的优化设计

摘  要:针对混凝土泵车末节臂架轻量化设计要求,应用有限元软件ABAQUS对横截面积相等,但横截面形状不同的碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)末节臂架进行了结构设计和仿真分析。结果表明:厚度为5mm,铺层方案为[0_(3)/45/0_(4)/-45/0_(3)/45/0_(3)/-45/0_(4)/45/0_(3)],横截面高宽比为1.8的圆弧形截面CFRP末节臂架,其强度相比于CFRP其它截面形状的末节臂架的安全裕度更大,屈曲稳定性更好,同时也满足原混凝土泵车钢制末节臂架在力学性能上的要求,此时圆弧形截面CFRP末节臂架的质量为76.15 kg,质量减轻了约30%,具有良好的轻量化效果。To meet the lightweight design requirements of the last boom of concrete pump trucks,this study applies the finite element software ABAQUS to design and simulate CFRP(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer)last booms with equal cross-sectional areas but differing cross-sectional shapes.The results indicate that a 5 mm-thick CFRP last boom with a layup scheme of[0_(3)/45/0_(4)/-45/0_(3)/45/0_(3)/-45/0_(4)/45/0_(3)]and a height-to-width ratio of 1.8 for an arc-shaped cross-section exhibits superior strength and buckling stability compared to other cross-sectional shapes.This design also meets the mechanical performance requirements of the original steel last boom used in concrete pump trucks.The arc-shaped cross-section reduces the boom’s weight to 76.15 kg,achieving a mass reduction of approximately 30%,demonstrating excellent lightweight performance.
