摘　　要：目的 探讨阑尾低级别粘液性肿瘤超声与临床病理特征。方法 回顾性分析51例阑尾低级别粘液性肿瘤(Lowgrade appendiceal mucinous neoplasm,LAMN)患者临床病理资料与超声声象图特征,并进行统计学分析。结果 51例LAMN患者阑尾均有结构改变,阑尾正常结构层次消失,阑尾壁局部或完全纤维化;正常阑尾直径5~8mm,LAMN多数病例阑尾直径>12mm,其管壁厚度<3mm,少数病例阑尾直径<12mm,管壁厚度>3mm;LAMN阑尾直径>12mm管腔内常见无或低回声粘液。对于直径<12mm的LAMN,本研究中阑尾腔内有无或低回声粘液无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 综合评估阑尾直径、结构改变、管壁厚度以及管腔内是否有无或低回声粘液,对超声诊断LAMN有一定的价值。Objective To discuss the ultrasonic and clinical pathological features of low-grade appendiceal mucinous neoplasm(LAMN).Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical pathological data and ultrasonic imaging characteristics of 51 patients with LAMN,and performed statistical processing.Results The appendixes of all 51 patients showed structural changes,the normal appendix structural layers disappeared,and the appendix wall was locally or completely fibrotic.The normal appendix had a diameter of 5-8mm,while in most cases of LAMN,the appendix had a diameter of>12mm,with a wall thickness of<3mm.In a few cases,the appendix had a diameter of<12mm,with a wall thickness of>3mm;When the diameter of the appendix>12mm,LAMN usually with anechoic or hypoechoic mucus in the lumen.The LAMN which with a diameter<12mm,there was no statistical difference in this study,whether anechoic or hypoechoic mucus in the appendiceal lumen exists.Conclusions Comprehensive evaluation of the appendix diameter,structural changes,wall thickness,and whether there was anechoic or hypoechoic mucus in the lumen had certain value for the ultrasound diagnosis of LAMN.
