绿色金融对经济高质量发展的影响研究——基于新疆南疆地区的实证分析

摘　　要：为促进新疆南疆地区(1)经济高质量发展,实现南疆发展走绿色创新道路,在南疆北疆区域协调发展的背景下,研究南疆地区绿色金融在高质量发展中的特殊作用具有重要的理论意义与现实需求。基于此,本文通过构建南疆地区经济高质量发展指标,基于南疆地区数据的混合面板模型探究绿色金融与经济高质量发展的关系。研究结果表明,绿色金融对经济高质量发展具有显著的正向作用,且绿色金融的发展可通过影响微观层面企业投资决策、宏观层面政策导向等途径,促进南疆地区产业结构转型和技术创新。最后,基于本文的研究结论提出了建立完备的绿色金融体系、培养地区企业绿色生产观念和鼓励地区绿色金融主体进行技术创新,促进产业结构的整合和升级等建议。To foster high-quality economic development in southern Xinjiang while ensuring that this growth aligns with the principles of green innovation,it is both theoretically significant and practically im⁃perative to explore the distinctive role of green finance in promoting high-quality development within the framework of coordinated regional progress between northern and southern Xinjiang.In light of this,this paper investigates the relationship between green finance and high-quality economic development by es⁃tablishing indicators for assessing high-quality economic advancement in southern Xinjiang and utilizing a mixed panel model based on pertinent data from the region.The results reveal that green finance has a considerable positive effect on high-quality economic development;moreover,it facilitates industrial structural transformation and technological innovation in southern Xinjiang by influencing enterprise in⁃vestment decisions at the micro level as well as guiding policy direction at the macro level.In conclusion,this paper presents recommendations for the establishment of a comprehensive green financial system,the cultivation of regional enterprises'awareness of sustainable production practices,the encouragement of technological innovation among regional green financial institutions,and the promotion of industrial struc⁃ture integration and upgrading.
