即刻种植修复在下颌前牙区种植修复中的价值

摘　　要：目的 分析在下颌前牙区种植修复治疗中实施即刻种植修复的应用价值。方法 选择2021年1月至2021年12月我院收治的行下颌前牙区种植修复的患者80例,随机分为试验组与对照组,每组40例,对照组实施择期种植修复方法,试验组实施即刻种植修复方法,比较患者修复治疗后不同时期的探诊深度与边缘骨吸收情况、修复治疗后6个月、12个月的牙周组织状态、种植成功率。结果 两组患者修复治疗后不同时期的探诊深度、菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组患者修复治疗后不同时期的边缘骨吸收情况比对照组差,美学指数比对照组高(P<0.05);两组种植成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 即刻种植修复应用于下颌前牙区种植修复治疗中的效果比较好,值得推广。Objective To analyze the application value of immediate implant restoration in Mandibular anterior teeth area implant restoration.Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing mandibular anterior teeth area implant restoration admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received elective implant restoration,while the experimental group received immediate implant restoration.The probing depth and marginal bone resorption in different periods after repair treatment,the periodontal tissue status at 6 months and 12 months after repair treatment and implant success rate of patients were compared.Results There was no significant difference in probing depth,plaque index and gingival sulcus bleeding index between the two groups in different periods after repair treatment(P>0.05).In different periods after repair treatment,the marginal bone resorption of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the aesthetic index was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in planting success rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of immediate implant restoration in the treatment of mandibular anterior teeth area has a relatively good effect,which is worth promoting.
