摘　　要：文章报道1例下颌牙槽嵴吸收严重的无牙颌患者,通过应用组织调整剂获取下颌个性化义齿基托形态及边缘位置,同期联合数字化切削技术完成义齿复制。术后随访1年,义齿固位稳定明显改善,咀嚼无软硬组织压痛及不适。初步表明该修复方案对牙槽嵴严重吸收患者的治疗有一定的临床应用价值及推广潜力。This paper reports a case of edentulous patient with severe resorption of mandibular alveolar ridge who was treated with tissue conditioner to obtain the shape and marginal position of mandibular personalized denture base,and the final denture was duplicated by digital subtraction milling technique.After one year of follow-up,the retention of denture was significantly improved,and there was no soft and hard tissue tenderness or discomfort during mastication.These results suggest that the treatment plan for severe alveolar ridge absorption has clinical application value and promotion potential.
