摘　　要：目的:评估低能量激光治疗在正畸治疗过程中加速牙齿移动及减轻疼痛的效果。方法:纳入安氏Ⅱ类一分类错[牙合]畸形患者26例,随机选择上颌左侧或右侧牙齿作为实验侧和对照侧,两侧同时加力关闭第一前磨牙间隙。实验侧牙齿接受低能量激光治疗,每个位点7.5 J/cm^(2),每个患牙10个位点。对照侧以0功率进行照射。比较实验侧和对照侧的疼痛情况和牙齿移动速度。结果:对照侧牙齿7 d内疼痛平均值明显高于实验侧牙齿7 d内疼痛平均值(P<0.001)。实验侧牙齿平均移动速率明显高于对照组侧(P<0.05)。结论:低能量激光治疗可以辅助加速牙齿移动并减轻正畸牙齿移动时的疼痛。Objective:To evaluate the effects of low level laser therapy(LLLT)on accelerating tooth movement and reducing pain during orthodontic treatment.Methods:26 patients with malocclusion of classⅡ,division 1 were included.Maxillary teeth on left and right sides were selected randomly as the experimental side and control side.Dental arches of experimental side received the irradiation of LLLT with 7.5 J/cm^(2) for each point,10 points for each tooth,and the control side received placebo treatment,with the laser light off.The pain and the rate of teeth movement on experimental and control sides were compared.Results:The mean score of pain at the control side was significantly higher than that of the experimental side in the 7 days(P<0.001).The average movement rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:LLLT is effective in accelerating tooth movement and reducing the related pain.
