摘  要:改良型富血小板纤维蛋白(A-PRF)及浓缩生长因子(CGF)是通过收集患者自身静脉血并采用不同离心程序获得的血小板浓缩物(PCs),二者富含大量生长因子,且内部纤维蛋白结构为生长因子的释放提供了天然的三维空间支架,兼具低成本、高安全性及优越的再生活性等特点,目前在口腔种植领域软硬组织的再生修复中得到了广泛关注。文章主要针对A-PRF和CGF可能促进牙槽骨缺损修复方面,就其制备方式、应用手段、促牙槽骨再生的成分和支架结构的比较、可能的再生机制及其在口腔种植领牙槽骨缺损再生修复的应用研究进展做一综述。The advanced platelet-rich fibrin(A-PRF)and concentrated growth factor(CGF)are platelet concentrates(PCs)obtained through the collection of venous blood from the patient and using different centrifugation procedures.Both are rich in growth factors,and the internal fibrin structure within them serves as a natural three-dimensional scaffold for the release of growth factors.They possess characteristics such as low cost,high safety and superior regenerative potential.Currently,they have gained widespread attention in the field of regeneration and repair of soft and hard tissues in oral implantation.This review provides the progress of A-PRF and CGF research,focusing on their preparation methods,application methods,potential regeneration mechanisms and a comparison of components and scaffold structures promoting alveolar bone defect repair between A-PRF and CGF.
