摘 要:围绕武汉工程职业技术学院与武汉钢铁有限公司等单位合作开展的智慧运维现场工程师培养项目进行研究,针对作业环境差、职业发展预期与现实差距大、师徒关系不和谐、课程设置不合理等学生离岗原因,提出进一步明确培养目标与路径、校企联合招生宣传、激活师傅带教动能、优化课程体系、深化教学改革等优化策略,旨在完善智慧运维现场工程师培养模式,持续提高人才培养质量。This paper examines the training program for intelligent operations and maintenance site engineers jointly carried out by Wuhan Engineering Institute and enterprises such as Wuhan Iron&Steel Group.By identifying key factors contributing to apprenticeship departure—such as unfavorable working conditions,the gap between career development expectations and reality,poor mentor-apprentice relationships,and unreasonable curriculum setting—this study proposes several optimization strategies,including clarifying training objectives and paths,strengthening institute-enterprise collaboration in recruitment,improving mentor enthusiasm and engagement,optimizing the curriculum system and deepening teaching reform.These strategies aim to upgrade the training model for intelligent operations and maintenance site engineers and to enhance the quality of talent training in this field.
