摘　　要：为了深入探讨高原地区青少年足球运动员的身心素质指标,对青海省某地区青少年足球队76名队员的生理和心理特征进行系统研究,讨论了高原地区青少年足球运动员的身体素质和心理素质特征.身体形态、皮褶厚度、围度等多个指标的统计结果表明,高原地区青少年足球运动员的身体具有明显的特征(如身材修长、下肢较长、足部结构优越等),在比赛中具有一定的优势.此外,研究还揭示了男性运动员在心血管功能、肺活量、氧气输送能力等方面更具优势,反映了身体素质在性别方面的差异.在心理素质方面,高原地区青少年足球运动员普遍具有一定的胜负欲和较高水平的意志力,他们在训练和比赛中的表现更加稳定和全面.This study aims to delve into the physical and mental qualities of highland youth football players,by conducting a systematic investigation into the physiological and psychological characteristics of 76 members of a youth football team in a certain region of Qinghai Province,China.The study reveals the physical and psychological characteristics of highland youth football players,analyzing statistical results of indicators such as body morphology,skinfold thickness,and circumferences.It was found that highland youth football players exhibit distinct features such as slender stature,longer lower limbs,and superior foot structure,providing a foundation for their agility and competitive edge in matches.Furthermore,the research highlights the advantages male players possess in cardiovascular function,lung capacity,and oxygen transport capability,reflecting gender disparities in physical qualities.In terms of mental qualities,highland youth football players generally demonstrate a certain level of competitiveness and high willpower,supporting their stability and balance in training and matches.
