中医湿痹新安医学特色技术规程的专家共识

摘　　要：痹病是以肢体关节肌肉重着、肿胀、酸痛、麻木、屈伸不利,甚或关节肿大变形为主要表现的病证。湿痹则是病因以湿邪为主的三级痹病。新安医学针对湿痹的特色技术在临床上应用广泛,但目前尚未形成统一的实施方案和规范标准。该文依托安徽省中医药学会风湿病专业委员会,通过指导专家的精心指导、共识专家的广泛论证,形成以中医湿痹新安医学特色技术规程为主题的专家共识,包含背景概述、临床证型表现、技术管理原则和技术管理规程4个共识内容,为临床上提供标准统一的中医湿痹新安医学特色技术规程。Arthralgia is the main symptom of joint muscle heavy,swelling,pain,numbness,poor flexion and extension,or even joint swelling and deformation.Dampness arthralgia is the third degree arthralgia mainly caused by dampness.The characteristic technology of Xin′an Medicine for dampness arthralgia has been widely used in clinical practice,but there is no unified implementation plan and standard.This paper relies on the Rheumatology Professional Committee of Anhui Chinese Medicine Society,through the careful guidance of guiding experts and the extensive demonstration of consensus experts,to form an expert consensus on the theme of TCM Dampness arthralgia Xin′an medical characteristics technical regulations,including background overview,syndrome type sorting,technical management principles and technical management standards.It provides standard and unified medical characteristics technical procedures for clinical use.
