摘　　要：随着人口老龄化的加剧,老年人心理问题日益成为社会关注的焦点。常见老年人心理问题包括心境障碍(如抑郁障碍)、神经症性障碍(如恐惧性障碍和焦虑性障碍)、应激相关障碍(如创伤后应激障碍)及常见综合征(睡眠障碍与谵妄)。该文旨在探讨老年人群中常见的心理问题类型、临床表现、诊断、治疗及预防方法。With the increasing of the advanced age,psychological problems among elderly people are becoming the focus of societal attention.Common psychological issues in the elderly include mood disorders(such as depressive disorders),neurotic disorders(such as phobic disorders and anxiety disorders),stress-related disorders(such as post-traumatic stress disorder),and common syndromes(sleep disorders and delirium).This article explores the types,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,treatment,and preventive methods of common psychological problems in the elderly.
