摘　　要：我国人口老龄化程度持续加深,生命末期的高额医疗花费给家庭经济和国家医保带来了巨大压力。许多人口学特征、社会经济因素以及医疗因素都能够影响生命末期的医疗费用,而安宁缓和医疗有望在提高患者生活质量的同时降低医疗费用。该文将列举生命末期医疗费用领域所涉及的基础概念,梳理国内外重要研究,并简要讨论今后研究需关注的要点,供临床工作者了解生命末期医疗费用的研究进展。China′s aging population continues to deepen.The high medical expenditure at the end of life has brought great pressure to the family and the national medical insurance.Many demographic characteristics,socio-economic factors,and medical factors can affect end-of-life medical expenses,and palliative care is expected to improve patients′quality of life while reducing medical costs.This article will list the basic concepts involved in the field of end-of-life medical expenses,sort out important research at home and abroad,and briefly discuss the key points that need to be paid attention to in future research,providing clinical workers with an understanding of the research progress of end-of-life medical expenses.
