摘 要:目的 分析混合教学法在检验医学科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的应用价值。方法 选取2021年9月-2024年9月潍坊医学院附属医院检验科进行培训的42名住培医师作为研究对象。根据带教方式不同分为两组,参照组(n=21)采用传统讲座教学,研究组(n=21)采用混合教学法。对比两组带教效果。结果期中理论考核、年度业务水平测试和临床结果判读成绩相比,研究组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组的住培学员培训后成绩评分为(95.79±2.05)分,高于参照组的(90.12±1.77)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.594,P<0.05)。研究组解决临床问题、上机操作、分析解决问题、创新应变能力,提高学习兴趣、自主学习能力、教学方法满意程度和常规应用到临床的认可度得分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 混合教学法运用在检验医学科住培中的应用效果较好,对于培养更高素质的医学检验人才具有重要意义。Objective To analyze the application value of mixed teaching method in standardized training of resident doctors in laboratory medicine.Methods A total of forty-two resident physicians who were trained by the Department of Clinical Laboratory of the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical College from September 2021 to September 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different teaching methods.The reference group(n=21)adopted traditional lecture teaching,while the research group(n=21)adopted mixed teaching.The teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of interim theoretical assessment,annual professional level test and clinical results interpretation in the research group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The score of residents in the research group after training was 95.79±2.05,which was higher than 90.12±1.77 in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.594,P<0.05).The scores of solving clinical problems,operating on the computer,analyzing and solving problems,innovating and strain,improving learning interest,autonomous learning ability,satisfaction with teaching methods and recognition of routine application in clinical practice in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mixed teaching method in the residential training of laboratory medicine is good,and it is of great significance for training higher quality medical laboratory talents.
