摘　　要：目的 分析持续性改进模式在疾病预防控制中心微生物检验管理中应用的效果。方法 选取2021年10月-2023年11月在淄博市临淄区疾病预防控制中心微生物检验科工作的6名工作人员为研究对象,根据管理模式不同进行分组,2021年10月-2022年10月实施常规管理,设为常规组;2022年11月-2023年11月实施持续质量改进模式,设为研究组,两组均为同一批工作人员。比较两组工作人员专业能力、工作质量以及对管理模式的满意情况。结果 研究组样品的规范采集(93.85±1.25)分,高于常规组(90.32±1.13)分,检验流程掌握(93.84±1.36)分,高于常规组(90.42±1.25)分,无菌操作意识(94.02±1.36)分,高于常规组(91.02±1.15)分,检验操作技能(94.57±1.28)分,高于常规组(91.02±1.25)分,检验结果判定能力(93.89±1.41)分高于常规组(90.53±1.36)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.131、4.535、4.126、4.860、4.201,P均<0.05)。研究组工作质量评分比常规组高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组对管理模式的满意度评分比常规组高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 持续质量改进模式在疾病预防控制中心微生物检验管理中应用能提高工作人员的专业能力和微生物检验工作质量,满足工作人员对管理模式的需求。Objective To analyze the effect of continuous improvement model in the application of microbiological ex-amination management in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.Methods From October 2021 to November 2023,six staff members working in the Microbiological Laboratory of Zibo City Linzi District Center for Disease Con-trol and Prevention were selected as the research objects.They were grouped according to different management modes.From October 2021 to October 2022,routine management was implemented and set as routine group.From No-vember 2022 to November 2023,the continuous quality improvement model was implemented as the research group,and the two groups were the same staff.The professional ability,work quality and satisfaction with the management mode of the two groups were compared.Results The score of standard collection samples in the study group was 93.85±1.25,which was higher than 90.32±1.13 in the conventional group,the score of test process mastery was 93.84±1.36,which was higher than 90.42±1.25 in the conventional group,the score of aseptic operation consciousness was 94.02±1.36,which was higher than 91.02±1.15 in the conventional group,the score of test operation skill was 94.57±1.28,which was higher than 91.02±1.25 in the conventional group,the score of test result judgment ability was 93.89±1.41,which was higher than 90.53±1.36 in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.131,4.535,4.126,4.860,4.201,all P<0.05).The work quality score of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous quality improvement model in microbiological examination management of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention can improve the professional ability of staff and the quality of microbiologi-cal
