摘 要:目的 分析2016-2021年我国卫生人力资源配置的结构变动情况,为优化“十四五”卫生人力资源配置提供参考和依据。方法 收集2016-2021年我国卫生人力资源时间序列数据,采用结构变动方法分析卫生人力资源配置变化趋势。结果 2016-2021年,我国注册护士结构变动值呈正向变动,执业(助理)医师、药师(士)、技师(士)、其他技术人员呈负向变动;按城乡类型、经济类型的卫生人力资源结构变动度、贡献率和拉动力存在一定差异。结论 2016-2021年,我国各类卫技人员增长缓慢,“十四五”期间重点以缩小城乡、公立与非公立人力资源配置水平差距为改进目标,进一步加强卫生技术人才队伍建设。Objective To analyze the structural changes of health human resource allocation in China from 2016 to 2021,and to provide reference and basis for optimizing the allocation of health human resources in the 14th Five-Year Plan.Methods The time series data of health human resources in China from 2016 to 2021 were collected,and the trend of health human resources allocation was analyzed by structural change method.Results From 2016 to 2021,the structural change value of registered nurses in China showed a positive change,while that of licensed(assistant)physicians,pharmacists,technicians and other technical personnel showed a negative change.There are some differences in the degree of structural change,contribution rate and driving force of health human resources according to urban and rural types and economic types.Conclusion During the period from 2016 to 2021,the growth of various types of health technicians in China is slow.During the'14th Five-Year Plan'period,the focus is to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,public and non-public human resource allocation levels,and further strengthen the construction of health technical personnel.
