摘  要:目的 探究持续质量改进模式在医院医疗质量管控工作中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年5月-2024年4月联勤保障部队第九九一医院30名医护人员为研究对象,根据时间不同记为管理前(2023年5-10月)和管理后(2023年11月-2024年4月),分别实施常规管理模式和持续质量改进模式,对比管理前后工作投入情况、工作满意度。结果 管理后医护人员工作投入感评分高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。管理后医护人员服务与技术(50.26±2.64)分、关心与爱护(51.37±2.74)分、环境与指导(31.29±2.74)分高于管理前的(47.36±2.85)分、(48.75±2.55)分、(29.37±2.68)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.089、3.834、2.744,P均<0.05)。结论 应用持续质量改进管理模式可改善医护人员工作投入情况、提高工作满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of continuous quality improvement mode in hospital medical quality control.Methods From May 2023 to April 2024,thirty medical staff of Joint Logistic Support Force 991st Hospital were selected as the research objects,according to the different time they were recorded as before management(May to October 2023)and after management(November 2023 to April 2024),routine management mode and continuous quality improvement mode were implemented respectively.Compared the work input and job satisfaction before and after management.Results The scores of work engagement after management were higher than those before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of service and technology,care and care,environment and guidance after management were 50.26±2.64,51.37±2.74 and 31.29±2.74,higher than 47.36±2.85,48.75±2.55,29.37±2.68 before management,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.089,3.834,2.744,all P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous quality improvement management has high advantages in improving the work input of medical staff and improving the job satisfaction.
