摘 要:目的 研究数据量化管理在感染科护理绩效管理中的应用价值。方法 选取2023年8月-2024年8月在浠水县中医院感染科工作的20名护理人员作为研究对象。2023年8月-2024年1月,采用常规方法对感染科开展护理绩效管理,为管理前,2024年2-8月在感染科护理绩效管理工作中应用数据量化管理,为管理后。对比两组护理质量、护理差错情况、护理人员职业倦怠评分及护理人员对管理模式的满意度。结果 与管理前相比,管理后的护理质量评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。管理前护理差错发生6起,管理后护理差错发生1起。管理后护理人员对管理模式满意度为95.00%(19/20),高于管理前的70.00%(14/20),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.986,P<0.05)。与管理前护理人员的情绪耗竭(38.65±1.35)分、去人格化(21.63±1.42)分、个人成就感(31.25±1.36)分相比,管理后分别为(25.49±1.42)分、(15.49±1.30)分、(39.68±1.47)分,管理后优于管理前,差异有统计学意义(t=30.038、14.263、18.825,P均<0.05)。结论 在感染科护理绩效管理中应用数据量化管理,有助于提高护理质量,减少护理差错,并提高护理人员对管理模式的满意度,减轻护理人员职业倦怠。Objective To study the application value of data quantitative management in nursing performance management in infectious department.Methods From August 2023 to August 2024,twenty nurses working in the Infection Department of Xishui County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.From August 2023 to January 2024,routine methods were used to carry out nursing performance management in the infec-tion department as the before management.From February to August 2024,data quantitative management was applied in the nursing performance management of infection department as the after management.The nursing quality,nursing errors,nursing staff job burnout scores and nursing staff satisfaction with the management model were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before management,the nursing quality scores after management were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Before management,6 nursing errors occurred,and 1 nursing error occurred after management.The nursing staff's satisfaction with the management mode after management was 95.00%(19/20),which was higher than 70.00%(14/20)before management,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.986,P<0.05).Compared with the scores of emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and per-sonal accomplishment were 38.65±1.35,21.63±1.42,31.25±1.36 before management,the scores after management were 25.49±1.42,15.49±1.30 and 39.68±1.47,respectively.The scores after management were better than those before management,and the differences were statistically significant(t=30.038,14.263,18.825,all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of data quantitative management in the nursing performance management of infectious department is helpful to improve the quality of nursing,reduce nursing errors,improve the satisfaction of nursing staff to the management mode,and reduce the job burnout of nursing staff.
