摘 要:目的 探究神经病学临床见习教学工作中采用问题导向式教学(problem-based learning,PBL)与微课教学融合模式的应用效果。方法 选取2023年7月-2024年6月广东医科大学附属医院神经内科的200名见习生为研究对象,根据教学模式不同分组,对照组采用传统教学模式,研究组予以PBL教学与微课教学融合模式,每组100名。比较两组见习生综合成绩、教学质量、课堂学习质量、满意度。结果 研究组综合成绩比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组教学质量、课堂学习质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组总满意度为99.00%(99/100),高于对照组的91.00%(91/100),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.737,P<0.05)。结论 在神经病学临床见习教学工作中应用微课教学与PBL教学融合模式能有效提升见习生的综合考核成绩,并能提高整体教学质量和课堂学习质量,进一步提升教学满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of the integration mode of problem-based learning(PBL)and micro-course teaching in clinical practice teaching of neurology.Methods From July 2023 to June 2024,200 interns from the Department of Neurology,Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University were selected as the research objects.They were divided into groups according to different teaching modes.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the research group was given the integration mode of PBL teaching and micro-course teaching,with 100 students in each group.The comprehensive scores,teaching quality,classroom learning quality and satisfaction of the two groups of interns were compared.Results The comprehensive scores of the research group were higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The teaching quality and classroom learning quality of the research group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the research group was 99.00%(99/100),which was higher than 91.00%(91/100)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.737,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the integration mode of micro-course teaching and PBL teaching in the clini-CHINA HEALTH INDUSTRY cal practice teaching of neurology can effectively improve the comprehensive assessment results of interns,improve the overall teaching quality and classroom learning quality,and further improve the teaching satisfaction.
