摘 要:目的 分析阶段性目标管理在见习医生临床带教中应用的效果。方法 选取2022年8月-2024年8月长春市中心医院40名见习医生为研究对象。2022年8月-2023年8月,20名见习医生接受常规教学,为常规组;2023年9月-2024年8月,20名见习医生接受阶段性目标管理法教学,为研究组。比较两组目标考核、综合能力、对带教模式的评价。结果 研究组态度目标、知识目标、技能目标评分分别为(93.56±1.36)分、(92.53±1.24)分、(93.36±1.35)分,高于常规组的(89.36±1.25)分、(88.96±1.13)分、(89.16±1.21)分,差异有统计学意义(t=10.168、9.517、10.361,P均<0.05)。研究组见习医生综合能力评分、对带教模式的评价均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 在见习医生临床带教中应用阶段性目标管理教学模式效果明显,可提高实习医生的综合能力。Objective To analyze the application effect of phased target management in the clinical teaching for intern doctors.Methods A total of forty intern doctors in Changchun City Central Hospital from August 2022 to August 2024 were selected as the research subjects.From August 2022 to August 2023,twenty intern doctors received conventional teaching and were in the conventional group;from September 2023 to August 2024,twenty intern doctors received teaching by the phased target management method and were in the research group.The target assessment,comprehensive ability,and evaluation of the teaching mode were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of the attitude target,knowledge target,and skill target in the research group were 93.56±1.36,92.53±1.24,and 93.36±1.35 respectively,which were higher than 89.36±1.25,88.96±1.13,and 89.16±1.21 in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=10.168,9.517,10.361,all P<0.05).The scores of the comprehensive ability of intern doctors and the evaluation of the teaching mode in the research group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the teaching mode of phased target management in the clinical teaching for intern doctors has an obvious effect,which can improve the comprehensive ability of intern doctors.
