摘 要:目的 对感染科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中基于问题的教学(problem-based learning,PBL)联合基于实例的教学(case-based learning,CBL)整合教学模式的应用效果展开分析。方法 选择2020年6月-2021年6月南华大学附属长沙中心医院感染科处于第一阶段的40名住培生为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组20名。其中,对照组采用传统教学模式,研究组采用PBL联合CBL整合教学模式,对比两组住培生的出科考核情况、临床综合技能以及对教学模式的满意度。结果 两组住培生出科理论考核成绩、临床综合技能测试成绩比较,研究组(92.71±4.06)分、(94.18±4.13)分分别高于对照组的(88.62±3.58)分、(88.19±3.26)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.379、5.091,P均<0.05)。两组住培生对教学模式的满意度对比,对照组满意度为70.00%(14/20),研究组满意度为95.00%(19/20),研究组满意度高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.771,P>0.05)。结论 在住培过程中,通过有效应用PBL联合CBL整合教学模式,可以全面提升教学效果,可相对提高教学满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of the integrated teaching mode of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case-based learning(CBL)in the standardized training of residents in the department of infec-tious diseases.Methods From June 2020 to June 2021,forty resident trainees in the first stage of the Department of Infectious Diseases,Changsha Central Hospital Affiliated to University of South China were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and study group,with twenty students in each group.Among them,the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the research group adopted the PBL combined with CBL integrated teaching mode.The examination of the two groups of residents,the comprehensive clinical skills and the satisfaction of the teaching mode were compared.Results The scores of theoretical examination and clinical comprehensive skills test of the two groups were compared.The scores of the study group were 92.71±4.06 and 94.18±4.13,which were higher than 88.62±3.58 and 88.19±3.26 of the control group,respectively.The differences were statistically significant(t=3.379,5.091,both P<0.05).The satisfaction of the two groups of residents with the teaching mode was compared.The satisfaction of the control group was 70.00%(14/20),and the satisfaction of the study group was 95.00%(19/20).The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=2.771,P>0.05).Conclusion In the process of residential training,through the effective application of PBL combined with CBL integrated teaching mode,the teaching effect can be comprehensively improved,and the teaching satisfaction can be relatively improved.
